Welcome to the Lumer Finance Blog: Accounting and Taxes in the Netherlands
Let’s get acquainted.
My name is Tina Lumer, and I am the founder of Lumer Finance, an accounting and advisory practice in the Netherlands.
I moved to the Netherlands in 2005. Over the years, I have gained practical experience and professional knowledge in accounting, taxation, corporate finance, and the legal and financial aspects of doing business in the Netherlands.
Today, through Lumer Finance, I work with entrepreneurs and businesses, including self-employed professionals (ZZP’ers) and private limited companies (BVs).
Running a business involves much more than submitting tax returns on time. Entrepreneurs need to understand their financial position, meet their administrative and tax obligations, make informed decisions, and prepare for the future.
This is exactly why I created this blog.
My goal is to explain accounting, taxation, and business matters in a clear and practical way. I want to help entrepreneurs better understand the financial side of their business and navigate the Dutch business environment with greater confidence.
